Because we are the authorized Bermuda Distributor for General Electric, we only stock GE & Haier units, but we can bring in almost any brand. Here are links to learn more about the GE and Haier options:

Suggested Cooling Needs per Room

Area to be Cooled (square feet = width x length)	Capacity Needed (BTUs per hour)
400 square feet or less	9k
401 to 550 square feet	12k
551 to 1,000 square feet	18k
1,001 to 1,500 square feet	24k
1,501 to 2,000 square feet	30k
2,000 to 3,000+ square feet	36k

Make adjustments for following circumstances:

If room is heavily shaded, reduce capacity by 10%
If room is very sunny, increase capacity by 10%
If more than two people regularly occupy room, add 600 BTUs for each additional person
If unit is to be used in a kitchen, increase capacity by 4k BTUs
